Have you never ridden in a Christmas Parde before? Now's your chance for a new experience! Join us on our Rowan Republican float in our local Christmas parades. All Ages welcome! Bring your family and friends. For each parade, wear Christmas Red and Christmas themed clothing (glad it’s Republican red too!) Dress appropriately for the weather. Southern Rowan Christmas Parade.
Tuesday, Nov 22, 1:30-2:00PM. Meet to decorate and ride the float. at Chapel Street Baptist Church, 805 N Chapel St, Landis. We'll ride from there to line up. Parade will begin in Landis at 3 and China Grove at 4.
Tis the Season Spencer-Salisbury Parade
Wednesday, Nov 23, Meet in parking lot to the right of Leatherman Insurance Agency at 706 Jake Alexander Blvd West. At intersection with Lincolnton Rd., Salisbury. Meeting time will be 12:30-1:100. We will ride from there to our lineup spot. The parade begins in Spencer at 2 PM and in Salisbury at 3 PM.
Cleveland Christmas Parade
Saturday, Dec 3. Parade begins at 2 PM. Will confirm time and location to meet closer to the event.
Christmas Social
In place of our regular monthly December meeting, we will have a Christmas Social on Thursday, Dec 8, 7 PM, upstairs in the County Administration Building at 130 W. Innes St., Salisbury. You're encouraged to bring a small finger food item to share. Hope to see you there. Come buy some Republican stocking stuffers!
